Welcome to Jim Corbett Safari!
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and safari bookings. By making a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Safari Bookings & Confirmations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Forest Department of Uttarakhand.
  • To secure your safari, valid government-issued ID details (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to cancellation without refund.
  • Safari timings, entry gates, and seating arrangements are controlled by forest authorities, and any last-minute changes are beyond our control.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking.
  • Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway.
  • We are not responsible for transaction failures due to internet or banking errors.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the safari date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding processing charges).
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of safari date are non-refundable due to government rules.
  • If the Forest Department cancels or reschedules a safari due to weather, safety, or administrative reasons, we will assist in rescheduling but refunds will depend on official rules.
  • No refund will be provided for “No Shows” or late arrivals.

4. Visitor Responsibilities

  • Visitors must report at the safari gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Carry a valid ID proof in original for verification at the entry gate.
  • Any misbehavior, use of alcohol, drugs, or violation of forest rules will lead to cancellation of the safari without refund.
  • Littering, loud noises, and feeding animals are strictly prohibited inside the park.

5. Wildlife Sightings

  • Safari is a natural experience in a reserved forest; sightings of tigers, elephants, or other animals are not guaranteed.
  • Wildlife movement is unpredictable, and we do not take responsibility if a specific animal is not seen.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss of belongings, or damage caused during travel, safari, or stay.
  • Weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities, or government restrictions may affect safaris; in such cases, liability lies with the concerned authorities, not Jim Corbett Safari.
  • Customers participate in safaris at their own risk.

7. Privacy & Data Security

  • All personal information provided during booking is kept confidential.
  • We do not share your details with third parties except where required by law or forest regulations.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Jim Corbett Safari reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our website or services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
